Surely she will not suffer due to lack of funds, but one still has to applaud her. Under what conditions would you give the money back? How about most people. I would give it back also if for no other reason I would not want to waste my life in a lawsuit fighting for money I would never spend, not to mention the feelings of guilt and social approval versus disapproval based on my decision.
